I first started working on the 3M brand in 2008, when the manufacturer was a client of my independent ad agency, Hello Viking. We created talent acquisition content to support international growth. Years later I helped lead a multi-agency effort in launching the ā€œ3M Science. Applied to Life.ā€ global brand campaign. Our BBDO office delivered all of the digital designā€”translating the new brand across web, apps and socialā€”helping enable the first 15 countries to go live consistently, simultaneously. We also provided strategy and design for four consecutive yearā€™s worth of annual global sustainability reporting; as well as video content for various initiatives. I served as Creative Director on these efforts, collaborating with 3M and agency network leaders, then leading a team to deliver consistent, memorable content.
