Can it be done?

There's a song called "Can It Be Done?" on Weather Report's 13th album, Domino Theory (Spotify link). It's a rare vocal track, in that Weather Report typically only played instrumentals. This song includes lyrics, by Wilson Tee, sung by Carl Anderson. I find the quirky, haunting, persistent quality of this melody and lyric beautifully conveys the daily yearning of people who have to have ideas.
