Improvisation - Balancing Preparation and Action

Later this week I'll be giving the first salvo in what I'm planning to evolve into a series of talks and posts. The topic is Improvisation. My intent is to explore and articulate ways in which the practice can enhance collaboration, communication and the business of ideas.

Thanks to the generosity of my friends at Capsule Design, I'll be talking this Thursday at the bright hour of 7:30 a.m. (It's invite-only, so check their blog for more info.) I'm excited to start road-testing some theories and language that have been percolating over the summer.
