So isn't it fantastic to learn via CSPAN how and why large, complex websites don't just happen?

Isn't it fantastic to see the heads of large government agencies and elected officials come to grips with the realities of User Experience and Technical Requirements documenting?

And isn't it fantastic to think those leaders might now pay attention to such important details?

Isn't it fantastic elected officials are — for the first time ever in U.S. history — debating government policy as a result of website Quality Assurance (QA), or lack thereof?

Isn't it fantastic to see coding as daring and thorny as a federal healthcare exchange actually sputter to life?
