Todd from Comcast was super awesome

We've been having sporadic cable outages, and inconsistent Internet access. So with great trepidation, we called Comcast.

The experience was awesome. So I figured I should mention it here, since I've also had the energy to write about bad customer experiences.

Todd arrived on time. He asked lots of questions, and actually went out and climbed the nearest pole to look things over.

Apparently our wire from the street was old (2-pair) and kinked. So Todd replaced it, taking the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also cleaned up and removed a bunch of unnecessary legacy wiring from the previous home owner's cable service.

Three cheers for Comcast.
